1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the foundation for the operation of the crickex 365 platform and all services under it. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and crickex 365. Accessing the platform, opening an account, or using any service means you have fully read and accepted every clause of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on crickex 365 and participate in any betting or casino activity, you must be 21 years of age or older. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. crickex 365 may request necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, using the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of the accounts concerned, and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms. If any submitted information changes in the future, you must notify the support team as soon as possible.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following methods are accepted for deposits on crickex 365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The same methods apply for withdrawals.

3.2 Minimum Amount

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳500. The minimum amount for withdrawals is also ৳500. No transactions below this amount will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent money laundering, crickex 365 may request identity verification documents at any time — such as a national ID card, passport or driving licence. If documents are not submitted on time, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus to give a balance of ৳2,000; the wagering requirement in this case is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. That means if you receive a ৳20,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 25 = ৳5,00,000. Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any fraudulent strategy to gain bonus advantages is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

4.4 Other Promotional Offers

Any promotional offer beyond the welcome bonus will be governed by its own terms and conditions. crickex 365 reserves the right to change or cancel any offer without prior notice.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

crickex 365 reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted on the basis of a technical error, incorrect odds, or clearly erroneous information. Winnings resulting from technical errors are not automatically valid and may be cancelled after review.

5.2 Suspicious Betting Activity

If match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any activity that violates platform rules is detected, crickex 365 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bets and suspend the account.

5.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other casino games are operated by third-party game provider software. These games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the fairness of results.

5.4 Result Disputes

If you have an objection to the result of any game or bet, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the result being published. The decision of crickex 365 will be considered final.

6 VIP Program

6.1 Tiers

The crickex 365 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's regular activity and participation on the platform.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is given on net losses at each VIP tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. For example, a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160. crickex 365 will complete the necessary verification before crediting cashback to the account.

6.3 Benefit Changes

VIP benefits may be changed subject to prior notice. If a VIP member's activity violates the Terms, their VIP status may be revoked.

7 Privacy and Personal Data Protection

All transactions and data exchanges are kept secure using SSL encryption technology. User data is never sold to third parties.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Service Disruptions and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Technical Disruptions

Temporary service disruptions may occur due to internet disconnection, server maintenance or other technical reasons. crickex 365 will not be liable for any user losses in such situations.

10.2 Third-Party Services

crickex 365's liability is limited for any problems caused by third-party game providers or payment processors. However, we will always cooperate in resolving such issues.

10.3 Unforeseen Circumstances

crickex 365 will not be liable if services are temporarily unavailable due to natural disasters, government restrictions or any other unforeseen circumstances.

11 Account Closure and Termination

Users may request account closure at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before making the request, as recovering a pending balance after account closure may be difficult.

crickex 365 also reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in cases of Terms violation. Whether any legitimate balance is returned depends on the nature of the violation.

12 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed in accordance with the applicable law. If any dispute arises regarding the interpretation or application of the Terms, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through the crickex 365 support team.
